अन्नदाता सुखी भव

आज पंतप्रधानांना ऐकून थोडेशे लिहावेसे वाटले जी जाणीव तीव्रपणे झाली ती आपल्यासोबत शेअर करीत आहे. देशातील शेतकऱ्यांना अनुदान कश्याला, कर्जमाफी कश्याला, शेतकरी आळशी आहेत आणि बरच कांही बोलणाऱ्या आम्हा पांढरपेशी, नोकरदार, व्यापारी, उद्ययोजक, आजून बराच मोठया वर्गातील लोकांनी विचार  करावा कोरोना मुळे झालेल्या लॉक डाऊन मध्ये कोणतेही काम न करता करोडो लोक पोटभर अन्न खाऊ शकतात ते कोणामुळे?याचे उत्तर आहे शेतकऱ्यांमुळे, त्यांनी पिकवले म्हणून आपल्या ताटात आले आहे. आता तरी शेतकऱ्यांचे मोल कळले असेल. आपल्याला हे कळले पाहिजे तुम्ही आम्ही जे निर्माण करतो ते नक्कीच बहुमोल असेल  मात्र आज या परिस्थितीत हे सिद्ध होते की, केवळ शतकऱ्याने जे निर्माण केले ते अमूल्य आहे. म्हणून मला वाटते शेतकऱ्यांना कर्जमाफी देऊन, अनुदान देऊन समाज अथवा शासन म्हणून आपण त्यांच्यावर उपकार करत नाही तर उलट आपण आपल्याला जेवढे झेपेल तेवढे त्यांचे ऋण फेडतो आहे अशी भावना ठेवली पाहिजे. आज अक्षय तृतीयेच्या या शुभ प्रसंगी जगाचा पोशिंदा सुखी राहो आणि त्याच्या अक्षय निर्मितीतून आपले अक्षय अस्तित्व टिकवून राहील अशी मंगल कामना.

Creativity and Innovation in online teaching

Dear teachers this is very critical time for hole educational fraternity, but we take it as opportunity to developing critical skills for critical times through digital ways. we have to empower ourselves  for changing near future. 

In this critical time we have to use digital online tools for better learning and development of critical skills among your students. I observe that in last 30 days our most of teachers are using video conferencing and bombarding one way lectures. conducting online meetings and completing their syllabus. But we have to understand our students are not prepared for this shift. We have to stop this practice and think about the outcomes of this practices. We have to create self learning space for students through interactive learning activities, We have to think about collaborative learning practice in online mode, We have to find digital pedagogical, creative and innovative ways for content delivery and to facilitate learning with collaboration and co-creation we have to change our mind about assessment and and shift it to formative direction. 

In this pandemic we think about development of critical skills among students for creation and innovation.
